Every time you cook an ordinary omelet or cook hard-boiled eggs, you miss the opportunity to try this simple and useful method. From eggs, you can create a real miracle of cooking, but at the same time get the same amount of valuable protein and a large portion of aesthetic satisfaction.
- 3 eggs
- disposable plastic bag
- cardboard tube from food film or foil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- To begin with, you need to prepare a vessel in which the eggs will be boiled.
- Pack the plastic bag carefully with vegetable oil, both inside and outside, and then put it on a cardboard tube (from foil or food film).
- Start wrapping the tube in the foil, moving away from the edge 2-3 cm. Do not wrap the tube too tightly, otherwise it will not be easy to remove.
After making a sufficient number of layers of foil, tightly wrap one of the edges of the future vessel for cooking eggs. Take out the tube and the plastic bag. An unusual pan is ready!
Eggs break into a separate bowl, and a pan of foil grease with vegetable oil from the inside.
Using a watering can, transfer the eggs to a foil tube and tightly wrap it on both sides.
Put the foil in boiling water (horizontally) and cook the eggs for 10-12 minutes.
Then remove the foil from the water, carefully remove it and cut the boiled eggs with small rings.
Long eggs are ready!
